There are bridleways closed in the Eskdale and Miterdale area for forestry work,
they will be closed from August 23rd for up to 6 months, further details available from the National Park

NLBS Tack Sale
Hest Bank Memorial Hall. Open to public 11.00 am onwards. Refreshments available.
Set up for stall holders from 10.00am (and not before please - we have all the tables to set up first).
Fantastic sale, all things equestrian, great social get together. Excellent home made refreshments available, so come for lunch and bring all the family.
Any further information or to book a table, please ring Hilary on 01524 761184 in the evening please. Table's will be provided, and are £10.
Entrance £1.00 / 50p for children.
Due to the popularity of this Tack Sale, anyone wanting to book a table, MUST book beforehand.

Cumbria Bridleways Annual General Meeting.
At the Crooklands Hotel just just of the M6 jun 36.
There is a meal before at 6.45pm for £16 per person
with the meeting starting at 7.30pm.
The meeting will be followed by refreshments / raffle and an informal and fun quiz.
